Open Tab/Card on File
Members who signs up for a recurring membership will automatically have a "tab" that allows you to charge their credit card for things like supplements, waters, apparel etc. For members who do not have a recurring membership (punchcards), we offer an "Open Tab" option. When enabled, the "Open Tab" product will show up in your shop allowing users to open a tab.
A user can open a tab exactly like signing up for a membership, only they won't automatically be charged for anything. Coaches can then charge up to $500/month against the tab.
The Open Tab feature is currently enabled on a gym-by-gym basis, so if you want it enabled for your gym please just email support@wodtogether.com
