The Basics

Gym name, phone number, email, website, and street address provide general information about your gym.

Setting Description
Timezone It is vital that timezone be set accurately, this will affect when whiteboards are displayed and how results are stored.
Gym Logo Upload an image for your gym logo. It should be relatively small; it will be used when your members post results to Facebook.
Facebook Page You can add a "Facebook Page Tab" to your gym's Facebook page; you must be an admin of the Facebook page. Clicking the link will take you over to Facebook to confirm.

Email Settings
Daily Email Recipients
These emails, a comma separated list, will receive and email every night reviewing the previous day's activity (payments, attendance, notable results etc). For more details click here.
First Checkin Email
Get an email notification for each user's very first checkin.
Anonymous Feedback Email
Allow your members to send completely anonymous feedback. Even WODTogether won't know who sent it.
Privacy This is NOT RECOMMENDED. We respect users privacy, but turning this setting on is only for gyms that want to keep everything top secret (WODs and everything). Turning this on will disable a lot of cool features, and generally make the system harder to use.
Require Membership This is also not recommended (but not in ALL CAPS). This will prevent users without a membership from being able to check in to class or get on your whiteboards. We encourage you to welcome people, and then they will show up on your "Non-Paying Attendees" report and flagged on your gym schedule. Then you can contact them to hopefully convert them into members! If you flat out block people, they might use that as an excuse to not show up.
